A bath, a gentle blow-dry and a full brush-out, then styling shaped to your dog's coat.

How a day runs
One dog at a time
One booking at a time
Appointments are spaced so your dog is the only dog in the salon. There is no line of crates waiting their turn.
Marie does the whole groom
The same hands run the bath, the dry, the brush-out and the scissor work. Your dog is not passed between a bather and a stylist.
Home at the end of it
You come back when the groom is done. Your dog is not sitting in a cage afterwards waiting on a pickup window.
The studio
Marie grooms every dog herself
Soapy Dogs Salon is Marie's studio on Mapleview Drive East in Barrie. She books one dog at a time and handles the whole groom herself, from the first brush through the last scissor cut.
That setup is the point. There is no kennel row, no second dog barking in the back and no handing your dog between a bather and a stylist halfway through. The room stays quiet because there is only ever one dog in it.

Will my dog be in a cage?
No. Soapy Dogs books one dog at a time, so there is no kennel run and no waiting room full of barking.
What is included in a full groom?
